This spirit of community and respect for the land guides everything we do. We grow organic garlic with sustainable practices, ensuring each bulb is hand-selected for its exceptional quality and bold flavor.
We believe that the food we grow connects us to something bigger than ourselves—a tradition of care, respect, and connection to the earth. Whether you’re a professional chef or a home cook, we’re proud to share the bounty of the Valley of Peace with you.
Garlic cultivated in Northeast Oregon
what makes us different?
Valley of peace garlic just does it better
The arid climate and sandy loam soils of Oregon’s high desert are uniquely suited to growing clean, seed quality garlic. Our garlic farm is certified organic by Oregon Tilth, and we are devoted to building fertility on the farm through the practices of cover cropping, compost application and crop rotation.
The majority of garlic available in U.S. grocery stores is sourced from China and undergoes irradiation to inhibit sprouting and extend its shelf life.
Organically Grown Garlic
Offers enhanced health benefits due to its cultivation methods and is harvested at optimal maturity, ensuring superior quality and flavor.
